Congratulations on your decision to host a "Girls Night Out" for you and your friends to view the latest collection of Adorabella Jewellery. Included in your Hostess Pack will be some invitations to send to your friends. By encouraging them to bring a guest / friend, it will boost your numbers on the night and help to contribute to a successful night for you.

Who to invite?
Use F.R.A.N.K as a guideline

F - Friends
R - Relatives
A - Acquaintances
N - Neighbours
K - Kids connections (school, sport, clubs, hobbies, etc)

If you use this as a guideline, you will find that you know more people than you think. It's a great place to start when thinking about who to invite. Don't forget to ask your friends, to bring a friend with them. This can double your number of people attending. The more people you have, the more rewards you are likely to receive. Also the more the merrier. A room full of people has more impact and you are likely to have more fun.



What to wear

An odd question I hear you say, but if you come prepared wearing the correct neckline, you will be able to try on lots of different styles and lengths of necklaces. In the winter it's very easy to throw on a bulky high neckline jumper when you go out at night, but try wearing a scooped or v neck top underneath, so that you can get a good look at what different necklaces look up against your skin. If anyone asks, I always say, wear a black low or v neck top.



Hostess Rewards

Your consultant on the night, will be working with you, to reward you in the best way possible, in the following ways:
* Regardless of the sales, you will receive 10% of the sales to spend on the night, on jewellery of your choice
* When the sales reach $250, you may also choose another piece of jewellery at half price
* In addition, for every booking that is made and held within the following four weeks, you will receive a $25 voucher to spend at that party (voucher becomes invalid after the four week period)



How to Host a Successful Adorabella Jewellery Party

1. Invite people who love jewellery and invite more than you want to attend, as there will always be cancellations at the last moment. 10 -12 is a good number to aim for.
2. Suggest each person bring a friend as this can help with sales and future bookings.
3. Keep refreshments, if any, to a mimimum! Food can be a distraction from the presentation and guests can lose interest the moment food is presented. If you are going to serve food, please wait until all the orders have been taken. Not only will this keep the jewellery and black velvet displays clean, it will keep your guests focused on the jewellery until all orders are taken. Then the consultant can be pack up and leave you to entertain your guests once she has gone.
4. Encourage those who can not attend, to view our jewellery online and place an order with you to give to your consultant at the party. Even two outside orders will boost your overall sales.
5. Ring and confirm with your guests the day before.
6. Encourage your friends to book a party. For each party booked and held within the following 4 weeks, you will receive a $25 voucher to spend at that party.
7. Remind your guests that they can pay by either cash or credit card on the day.
8. Most importantly - have fun.
