Q. What materials is your jewellery made of? I am allergic to some metals.
A. All of our jewellery starts out with a base of white metal or brass. This is then electroplated in a gold, silver, bronze or rhodium solution. All our jewellery is nickel free which makes it 99% allergy free to most wearers. It is the nickel in fashion jewellery that most people have an allergic reaction to. We are so confident that you will not have a reaction to the jewellery, that we will refund your money if you have a reaction to it, in the first 30 days. See our guarantee for more details.
Q. Is your jewellery made in NZ?
A. To keep our prices competitive, we source our jewellery from overseas, mainly Hong Kong.

Q. How is my jewellery packaged?
A. Your jewellery is wrapped in tissue paper inside a beautiful cerise pink organza bag for future safe storage. We then bubble wrap and courier your jewellery in a Track and Trace Courier pack and to be delivered to you by Fastways Couriers or Courier Post.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. On the day your order arrives in the office, within 24 hrs your jewellery will be dispatched. If it is received before 12 noon, it will most likely be dispatched that day. For customers in the South Island, delivery will be overnight or 2 days for Rural Delivery. North Island customers will receive their goods, within 2 days or up to 4 days for Rural Delivery. Please contact us if you have not received your item/s with the time frames above.
Q. How do I care for my jewellery?
A. Your Adorabella Jewellery should always be stored out of direct sunlight in the organza pouch supplied with the item. Do not toss into a drawer with other jewellery items where it may get scratched or tangled. Never allow your jewellery to come into contact with perfume, cosmetics or other chemicals and remove items before swimming or bathing. We suggest not hanging jewellery in the bathroom where steam, hairspray and perfume may settle on the jewellery effecting the finish on your jewellery. Beads can be cleaned with a soft, dry lint-free cloth. Treat your jewellery with respect and care and it will reward you with a long life.
Q. I saw something on your website recently, and now it is no longer there – Do you have more stock?
A. Our website is set up to list all of our currently available stock. Unfortunately if you can no longer see an item it will indicate that we have sold out since you last visited the site.
